03 How It Works
Three steps, one dossier. You remain the decision maker; we carry the search, the inspection and the registration file.
Step 01
Tell us the make, model, budget in USD and the timeline you work to. We confirm the brief in writing and name our flat fee before any search starts.
Step 02
Each candidate is checked against its own history: VIN status, mileage records, service file, accident reports and the inspection note. Findings return as a numbered dossier you can read line by line.
Step 03
We agree the price, hold funds in escrow, and book the independent inspection. The car reaches you registered at a Ukrainian service centre, with the provenance file handed over.

03 / Trust evidence
Nothing is paid until it is checked. Inspection, escrow and registration are handled by named partners in Ukraine, in writing, before funds move.

The questions we are asked most often, answered plainly. If something is missing, ask it on the call.
Everything between your first brief and the keys: sourcing shortlists, VIN and history checks, independent inspections, negotiation with the seller, escrow, registration at a Ukrainian service centre, and handover. You approve each stage in writing before we move to the next.
No. We hold no dealership licence, take no commission from sellers and accept no referral fees. The flat fee in your brief is our only income, which is why we can walk away from a car we would otherwise need to sell.
Every candidate carries a dossier: decoded VIN, mileage cross-checked against service records, insurance history reviewed, and a physical inspection by a named partner. Documents reach you as they arrive, not as a tidy summary at the end.
Search, verification, negotiation, escrow administration and registration paperwork. It excludes the vehicle price, state registration fees and transport insurance. Nothing is added later without your written approval.
Funds sit with a licensed escrow provider and are released only once you confirm the inspection report and the documents match the listing. Registration is completed at a Ukrainian service centre after you accept the report.
We reply within 24 hours to confirm the brief and arrange a confidential call. If your parameters are workable, a first shortlist follows within five working days. If we cannot help, we say so and charge nothing.
